Bleed The Sky - Murder The Dance [Review]

Release Date: 06/10/2008

The 1st thing that attracted me to this release was the album name (Murder The Dance) sounded so kool, I always like to interpret an album name with the music, just to give a small example one of my all time favorite tracks as a kid ( the devils dance ) for
Metallica that track made me actually picture a psychotic dance.

Straight off from the 1st track (Knife Fight in a Phone Booth)
They hit you hard with one hell of a scream and some weird riff (Weird Not in bad way Weird in a killer way) if your a vocalist in a band you should listen to these
guys Noah can do some amazing screaming seriously, some bands there front men ruin there reputation because they suck but Noah pulls it off weather he’s screaming or singing in a clean voice.

The 1st track was a nice fun track the 2nd track (Sullivan) is pretty much my all time favorite track in this release I love the way they arranged the track the chorus that sticks in your head straight away from the 1st time you listen to it. Although I felt the riffs are kind of repetitive but weather they are or not the end output is just straight up killer, then comes the solo, wasn’t very interesting the same shit everyone’s doing but it was good as it fits in the arrangement and I didn’t like the outro that much wasn’t very creative, but still its one of my favorite tracks, After listening to it you will be going like this
( Sullllllivaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!!)

The 3rd Track
(Murder Dance) i excepted something Wikid but didn’t get what I expected really it starts off with some really complicated arrangement which sounds Killer but didn’t get anything out of the track really except for the fact that Noah is doing some
killer screaming and the drummer is riding his drum kit like a psychopath. I would probably listen to this track again just to listen to Noah Screaming and the drummer other than that wasn’t attractive at all.

4th Track (The Sleeping Beauty) 1st time I listened to this I seriously repeated the intro 5 times in row, every band has to put there signature mark in there stuff so there different than others
.This track is straight up killer from the intro the rest gets a little repetitive but who cares its freaking brutal, And I cant lay a comment on the solo totally loved it simple yet so perfect.

If you want to try listening to something new or different than the same
Old shit u should give these guys a shot.

All I can say is that they are really doing a great job in sounding different.
Amazing Vocalist, Crazy ass drumming (Very Creative), Killer Riffage , and one hell of a bassist.

7.7/10
