Last week, Ozzy Osbourne apparently shot a Super Bowl commercial with lesbian sensation Justin Beiber. Zakk Wylde decided to retaliate by recording a song with William Shatner; to even out the stupid.

The commercial is suppose to be some sort of Tron-inspired ad for Best Buy (airing in the U.S. February 6th). While the Shatner/Wylde collaboration is for a cover of Black Sabbath's Iron Man for an upcoming album by William Shatner.

TMZ is reporting that Ozzy Osbourne rear-ended a car with his Ferrari in L.A.

While it was a minor accident, and the two drivers simply waited out till the cops showed up and then exchanged details; it's still very funny to picture Ozzy driving a car, because that's basically how you would imagine the ride to end, only with an explosion or 80 to 90 casualties tossed around behind him.

I don't know how the Ozz-man got his license approved. This is the same person that scientists researched, to find out how he's still alive, and the same man that just picked his own (very dull) record as "album of the year."

Could the panel of judges at the Grammys be more irrelevant? It's like whoever is picking the nominees is still using a gramophone, and not by choice.

Every year, I decide to build up enough interest to go through the list of nominees of Hard Rock and Metal and not a single time have they managed to put together a worthwhile list. It's not that the list is unfair or anything, but a 5 year old at the mall can put together their annual list of "best-of."

Anyway, here's the nominees:
(If you were slightly surprised (by even one bit) by any names on the list, please do tell me why.)

Best Metal Performance:
  • Iron Maiden, “El Dorado”
  • Korn, “Let the Guilt Go”
  • Lamb of God, “In Your Words”
  • Megadeth, “Sudden Death”
  • Slayer, “World Painted Blood”

Best Hard Rock Performance:
  • Alice In Chains, “A Looking In View”
  • Ozzy Osbourne, “Let Me Hear You Scream”
  • Soundgarden, “Black Rain”
  • Stone Temple Pilots, “Between The Lines”
  • Them Crooked Vultures, “New Fang”

During today's broadcast from John Stewart and Stephen Colbert's campaign (The Rally To Restore Sanity or March To Keep Fear Alive Campaign) Ozzy Osbourne and Yusuf Islam (formerly known as Cat Stevens) shared the stage while performing "Crazy Train" and "Peace Train" which ended up being a mash up of both songs.

Ozzy Osbourne's latest album "Scream" (formerly titled "Soul Sucka") is out today, as well as a music video for the first single from the album for the song "Let Me Hear You Scream" which can be viewed below via Metal Injection.

Ozzy went on Tuesday night's edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live, to perform his new single "Let Me Hear You Scream," from his upcoming album "Scream" out June 22nd on Epic Records.

The Ozz-man, also sat down with Jimmy Kimmel for an interview, as well as performed the classic, "Shot In The Dark."

Man, is Ozzy getting old, apart from standing, and occasionally clapping, a lot of his recent material even indicates it (I Dont Wanna Stop, Never Going Away, and now Let Me Hear You Scream)... next one I'm guessing it'll be something along the lines of, "Help Me Off This Chair" or "Until I Poop My Pants, I Don't Want To Wear Those Old Man Underpants."

Nonetheless, it's Ozzy, plus Gus. G is totally killing it live ...so you know, enjoy.
Ozzy Osbourne's upcoming album "Scream," is currently streaming, on the legendary icon's Myspace page in it's entirety.

As cheesy as I think this new Ozzy record is bound to be, the promo clip below in which Ozzy pretends to be his own wax figure at Madame Tussauds, in Times Square, New York, is pretty funny, because the joke is kinda on Ozzy if you think about it, but meh...

Plus the reactions seemed a little staged, not a single person smacked him...

(facepalm @ ending)
