I haven't done an "Off Topic" post, in a very long time. But this 7 minute short for a new Mortal Kombat movie, got me pumped. (Plus Mortal Kombat is fuckin metal!)

This is not some Youtube mash up, this 7 minute short is legit, it was created by director Kevin Tancharoen as a proof of concept (as in proving it'll make money) to Warner Brothers and to also get an approval on having the movie being R rated (Seriously it needs to be rated R, the teaser fucking owns!!). If this concept goes through, this will be the GREATEST! Mortal Kombat movie ever, the teaser on it's own has got some brutal shit (warning not for the easily offended)

Reptile, likes to eat the heads of his victims, and they show em nom noming on one he kept in the fridge, no joke!

Another reason this movie is going to kick brutal ass, is because the story circles around Scorpion and Sub Zero, nuff said.

So please share this, so we can get our selves a new Mortal Kombat movie. That will surely sweep all others off the planet. If you think it'll be cheesy, go back and watch the old ones and compare, and don't tell me this barely has any elements of the game, stfu if you do.

MORTAL!!! KOMBAT!!!!

Bored? Nerd? Want some cartoons? well Marvel.com is currently streaming a wide variety of X-men, Spider-Man and all the Marvel gang (too 80s? meh) with also a new feature (Marvel On Demand)

Here's an episode of the Japanese Spider-Man ... my friends, prepare to shit your pants ... the opening theme on its own is purely epic:

He owns a robot... HE OWNS A ROBOT!!!!!!! (uhhh the good'ol days of japanese versions)

With 750,000 tickets sold worth $85 million, the organizers of what would have been Michael Jackson's final tour "This Is It Tour" AEG Live are in a pickle. The team are trying to put together a new line up for the 50 shows including a reuniting Led Zeppelin alternating shows with a reuniting ABBA.

The organizers hope that by putting together such a line-up (with record sales of over 600 million shared between both bands) they could still pull it off. Note that both bands have not yet confirmed that they are actually reuniting and the shows kick off on July 12th.

In other related M.J. news, CNN posted an exclusive clip from Jackson's rehearsals for the 02 Arena shows.

At the age of 50, Michael could still rip it up!

There is also a ton of pictures floating around online of his rehearsals.

A couple of hours ago TMZ reported that Michael Jackson suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away at the age of 50. Micheal was getting ready to perform a chain of comeback shows consisting of 50 concerts at the 02 Arena in London in a couple of weeks.

It's a true shame, Music lost a true musician, if MTV is worth anything, they owe a shit load of it to Michael Jackson. Rest In Peace.

There will never be another Thriller.

*Update: Here's some celebrity tweets concerning Michael Jackson.

Slash:

"Really sad news about Michael, he was a talent from on high."

Arnold Schwarzenegger:

"We lost a great entertainer and a pop icon. My thoughts and prayers go out to Michael Jackson's family, friends and fans."

Chris Cornell (Douchebag):

"Driving from Poland to Berlin. Just Heard Michael Jackson died. Makes me sad. I remeber the Jackson 5 on a black and white tv. He had magic!"

Mark Hoppus (Blink-182):

“first album i ever bought was thriller. with birthday money. on cassette. for my brand new sony walkman. truth. rest in peace."

John Mayer:

“Dazed in the studio. A major strand of our cultural DNA has left us. RIP MJ. I think we'll mourn his loss as well as the loss of ourselves as children listening to Thriller on the record player.”

Scott Ian (Anthrax) told Noisecreep.com:

"Besides the musical, dance and technical genius of the man, and the influence he's had on four decades of artists, Michael loved zombies!"

Barack Obamma told Robin Gibbs (A White House Spokesperson):

"Obviously Michael Jackson was a spectacular performer, a music icon, and I think everybody remembers hearing his songs, watching him moonwalk on television during Motown’s 25th anniversary,”

And went on to say:

"he had aspects of his life that were sad and tragic." And extended his condolences to the Jackson family and to fans who mourned his loss,”.

It happened, it MOTHER F'ING HAPPENED !

CONAN O'BRIEN TOOK OVER L.A.!

I caught it a couple of days ago, and with no surprise the show kicked a tremendous amount of arse. Conan's first guest for the show was Will Farrell who's movie Land Of The Lost is premiering in cinemas June 5th I believe.

Musical guest was Pearl Jam who also debuted a new song on the show called "Got Some" from their upcoming album "Backspacer" the song has alot of layers, and its a perfect way to end the first episode for Conan's new home coming straight out of Hollywood !

I grew up watching Leno and Conan, and for years they kicked ass. This change marks a new era in T.V. as we know it.

Here's Pearl Jam performing "Got Some"

South Park is kicking more ass and is on the way to take over the planet with their awesome streak of awesomity with the latest episodes, so far we've seen Kyle become the modern day Jesus, Kenny's attempt at getting a BJ, Stan fixing another idiotic issue done by his dad, Cartman going through a phase where he thought he was part of the movies "Watchmen" and "Batman - Dark Knight" well this time ... its literally about "The Funniest Joke Of All Time"

Jimmy and Cartman work together on the funniest joke ever, the guys become so popular they start covering the late night circuit, but things turn a little turbulent when some one decides to take all the credit. the preview clip pokes fun of Jimmy Kimmel, I really love how they tend to make fun of celebrities on South Park, they have the best ways to turn anyone into a complete douche.

Here's the episode's press release followed by an awesome preview clip:

(I'm not sure, but doesnt that look like Kanye West?)

Launched in 1997, "South Park," now in its 13th season, remains the highest-rated series on COMEDY CENTRAL. "South Park" repeats Wednesdays at 12:00 a.m., Thursdays at 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. and Sundays at 11:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.

Just watched last night's episode of South Park, and let me tell you something "QUEEF" *drops to the ground in utter laughter*

Could there be a funnier way to bring up Queefing then by bringing in 2 girls that have more then just a fling with Terrance and Philip ?

The episode pokes fun at their season 2 premier when they pissed off alot of fans by not airing a long awaited follow up episode to their season 1 finale "Cartman's Mom Is A Dirty Slut" instead airing a completely different episode as an April Fools joke "Not Without My Anus", which completely backfired on them, and got alot of fans pissed off, and actually called the network.

Well I dont want to get into alot of details about the episode right now, but you can head over to SouthParkStudios.com to watch the episode in HD.

Make sure to check Ass Buster, later on tonight for a full review of the episode.

Here's another awesome clip from the episode:

You know what's so fucking awesome about this week's episode? is that its on April 1st !!

There is no doubt this episode will be a kick in the ass all around hilarious ... the preview clip is funny as hell and the press release indicates that someone fucked with the kids by playing an April Fools joke that went bad, I just love it when South Park parodies anything on TV.

Here's the press release for this week's episode titled "Eat, Pray, Queef" followed by an awesome preview clip:

IT’S APRIL FOOLS DAY

Someone played an April Fools joke on the boys and it didn’t go over well. Butters is incapacitated, Cartman is furious and the rest of the boys are afraid someone might do it again.

South Park's "Last Supper"

Let me start off by saying, that last night's episode was ONE OF THE BEST EPISODES I have watched in a while.

The latest episode of South Park, is a work of art. In my opinion it has some of the best writing. The fact that Kyle is "the savior" and all the turn arounds in the episode which I dont want to spoil for you, makes this episode a classic hit!... lets just say that Trey Parker and Matt Stone prove day by day that they are creative geniuses, and that the show is truly not just one random joke after the other.

The episode talks about the economy crisis, while Stan struggles to return a margarita blender...Cartman portrays Judas (who desperately wants to buy "GTA 4: China Town Wars" on Ninetendo DS), and Kyle is the town's savior, Randy is being well... Randy.

"Margaritaville" is an all out laugh your lungs till they collapse episode, the crew really covered the subject with alot of great material, some of which was expected but in a "Must Happen" way as in, if it wouldn't have happened we would have all been disappointed.

Randy Being...Randy.

Randy's speech while he makes himself a margarita and when he preaches to the rest of the town are hilarious, while at the same time Cartman gathers everyone else around for his speech (as soon as you hear his voice you know who he'll be blaming)

Cartman Blaming...

Stan's journey to return the blender has so many pit stops on the way, its just too funny, and the way he finds out how the government deals with the crisis is hilarious. (cutting off a chickens head, just makes you laugh your brains out, shit your pants and devour a fried chicken on the spot) here's a clip for the chicken bit from the episode:

Great way, huh?

When it was time for South Park to bring up the economy crisis, they brought it up in their own hilarious way, that only South Park could get away with. The ending is too fucking EPIC! and just shows how human idiocy will never be cured and that once we'r out of a problem, we just dig ourselves into it right back again, and naturally thank the wrong person for saving the day, while the person who sacrificed himself is not even recognized for what he did. Yup Obama!

Head over to SouthParkStudios.com to watch the episode in HD (I dont think its possible for the South Park crew to be anymore awesome then they already are... seriously.)

"Margaritaville" is another classic episode that will not be soon forgotten. Its got it all "Lamas, Bed Sheets, Squirels, Grand Theft Auto 4 (On Ninetindo DS), Sur La Table, and South Park's own "Last Supper". I'm heading over right now to watch it again.

(There is also a great collection of wallpapers availble at SouthParkStudios.com for the latest episodes.)

AAAaand...ITS GONE!!!
Alright I know I'm a bit late at posting the press release for the latest South Park episode, titled "Margaritaville" hahaha seems like they dont wanna leave Jimmy Buffet alone ... well the episode sounds pretty funny, does it involve Jesus ? maybe...it also involves Randy Marsh! oh hells yea!

The episode just aired actually, so check back for a short summary and links for the episode.

Here's the press release, followed by a preview clip:

RANDY KNOWS HOW TO FIX THE ECONOMY

Everyone in South Park is busy pointing fingers when it comes to who is responsible for the state of the economy in all-new episode of "South Park" titled, "Margaritaville,” premiering on Wednesday, March 25 at 10:00 p.m. on Comedy Central.

Randy steps forward with a solution to fix the desperate financial state everyone finds themselves in. The town gets behind him and everyone starts to live a life that no longer depends on any economy at all. Meanwhile an unlikely savior makes the ultimate sacrifice to solve everyone’s problems.

South Park's second episode of the season is a parody of the movie "Watchmen" in which Eric Cartman becomes a "superhero" who goes by the name The Coon !

Something interesting to note, as soon as the episode aired... the blog (as am sure 1000's others also) got a ton of hits from search engines for these results "who was mysterion on south park?", "who is mysterion southpark", and my personal favorite "everyone who seen mysterion say yay."

The episode closes in an awesome way, that only South Park could get away with, they did actually reveal his identity, but they didnt really do it !

The episode kicks major ass, and if you still didnt get the chance to watch it, head over to SouthParkStudios.com to stream the episode now, and again just in case you have problems watching it here's a SuperNova link for the episode.
TONIGHT an all new South Park is about to kick your ass left and right ... this time it seems like the episode will be a parody of the new blockbuster movie "Watchmen"

Alright I'm pretty sure like alot, I finally got my fix last night of some South Park. After their usual break, the kids are back and this time season 13 premieres with a KENNY! episode, it gets better... Kenny attempts to get a girl to blow him by taking her to a Jonas Brothers concert, wait WAIT it gets better, I wont spoil it for you, but I'll tell you this, Mickey Mouse is involved in the episode (oh yes Mickey F'ING Mouse !) and he's well... you gotta watch it !

Here's an excerpt from the "Comedy Central Press Release"

Alright its been a while since I wrote a "Off Topic" post, so here's a new one for all you bored Mother F'ers to have a go at !

First up !

Metal Idol ? Rockstar? or Complete Idiot ?

Well not really, but shows like American Idol and a ton of other spin off shows have had the occasional audition ... now the first time I came across one of those videos it was from the Polish version of the show, and the guy that auditioned was a long haired death metal growler.

I respect the idea that these guys have balls to pop up for a audition (some of them actually went in to fuck with Simon ... although it was an emo screaming dude)

Alright lets start this up with the Death Growler from the Polish Idol auditions:

Hmmm...

Alright so the next guy is a Black Metalist, who auditioned for Starmania (Austria) well lets just say the guy needs a good amount of practice and air.

See what I mean about the dude needing some air :P ?

On with the show,

Swedish Superstar ? Nope Swedish idiot !
This guy auditioned for the show by performing "Dragostea din tei" the song made famous again by Gary Brolsma "The Numa Numa Guy"... this is too funny, the moronic'ness tells it all.

Well ?

This next dude, auditioned for American Idol by performing, "Die, Die, My Darling" which was originally by horror punk legends The Misfits !

The guy has the energy to shock your nutts right outta the sack thats for sure, but vocals ? you be the judge.

Alright so here's another interesting one, THE SCREAMO DUDE WITH SEMI-NUTTS !

This guy says the only reason he tried to get on the show was to mess around with the judges (specifically Simone, obviously) well it sorta back fired on him, he got a ton of lash outs from supposedly tr00 hardcore kids (who also watch the show, yup that doesnt mean they are as lame as he is)on messageboards and what not... He's Too Hardcore For Yall !

Yup the kid is too hardcore for American Idol, wonder if he got any atomic wedgeys on the way out.

...........................................................................................................................................................................

Alright on with some more "Off Topic" videos...

The Superbowl is over, and The Pittsburgh Steelers owned all this year (I dont watch that much Football, apart from the occasional game in the background)

The commercials always kick ass, and always tend to create a buzz afterward (like Candice Michelle's Godaddy.com commercial a few years back, and The Miller Lite Girls Cat Fight *Starts Daydreaming, uhhh catfight*)

Well Youtube posted all the commercials, so that you bored slackers could go over and vote.
I dont know about voting, but here's my favorites out of the bunch anyway:
