Welcome to the wonderful world of Deterrence. This is a world of bone crushing riffs, catastrophic rhythms, guttural death vocals and soul wrenching solos. No seriously, it is. Cult following much? Can you blame them? I totally saw them rip a whole stage apart with their teeth. Oh, and they also bring the ruckus across all of North America.

The 2005 EP Taking More Shots Than an Alcoholic was totally sweet, and totally spewed forth a total path for the latest EP In Death We Trust. Most of the songs you like on this page are from that EP. This second heavier, ballsier release showcases the bands unique song slaying abilities. Mixing brutal riffs, FTW grooves, crucial breakdowns, death vocals and schweet schweet song structures, In Death We Trust gives birth to the awesomeness that is Deterrence (henceforth abbreviated as D-Rock).

A reputation of gettin' nasty, badassed-ness, rock’n’rolliosity, and a ‘DON’T GIVE A FUCK’ attitude has landed D-Rock appearances on Martha Stewart, Tyra Banks (the talk show host, not the talk show), and a full page ad in the Wall Street Journal. They are also currently wanted in the state of Nebraska.

The unforgettable D-nizzle extravaganza is complete with swinging guitars and pimped out cars, flashing lights and lasers sights, lewd antics and tired semantics, and commanding commanderism. Carving a path of destruction and sexual exploration from New York to Florida and back, your town is next (dun dun dun).

Deterrence is currently working on writing a new bio. You will see them on the road, or hiding under your bed waiting for your parents to fall asleep. We don't like to party, why would you think that? Heck no, no partying, not ever. NEVER ! But if you think you can show us how it's done, let's do it.
