The band will be celebrating it's 20 year anniversary by releasing the highly anticipated live DVD "Where Death Is Most Alive" shot in Milan, Italy. The DVD will see a one time only screening in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Lucky Mother F'ers that get to attend the screening will receive a limited (to only 333 numbered copies) edition disc titled "The Dying Fragments" which is a compilation of rare live material never recorded, aswell as those MF'ers will get to go to an after party with Mikael Stanne taking over the DJ booth, and a special performance by the awesome Slaughter Of The Bluegrass (if you didnt listen to their cover of At The Gates - Blinded By Fear, you've failed miserably and there is no turning back now, actually listen to it before a wedgy is inflicted on your ass. Dark Tranquillity is also working on their upcoming 9th studio album, the band mentioned that they might be debuting some new songs on their upcoming gig on the "Close-Up Båten" cruise this February.
